Area Collections Manager - LAP

Job Description: Area Collections Manager - LAP Position: Area Collections Manager - LAP Location : Kadapa and Kurnool Reporting to: Regional Collections Manager Direct Reports: Collections Associates / BRM No of Direct Reports: 3 - 8 Key Purpose of the Job : The role holder is responsible for leading Collections Associates in achieving the collections target at a Branch/Area office. The role holder is also responsible for maintaining a quality collections portfolio. Minimizing cases from moving into arbitration and court proceedings is also a critical part of the role. Education Qualification / Skill sets required: - Graduate in any discipline - Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Collections function - Should have basic knowledge of Loan Against Property (LAP) market - Must have drive to achieve targets Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure collections of defaulter payments in the Branch/Area office, across all buckets 2. Track and ensure maintenance of a quality collections portfolio 3. Lead and manage the team of Collections Associates 4.
