Overview:  Datamatics is seeking a talented and accomplished Presales Head to join its growing organization and be an integral member of BPM Team towards responding large contracts.  The successful candidate will be responsible for building world class response to clients’ transformation outsourcing requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining win theme and driving end-to-end responsibility of response building. Basis opportunity type from Process Outsourcing Vertical, candidate will be responsible to define proposal responses covering approach note, transition methodology, BAU model, with additional coverage on price modelling.  Candidate will also be responsible to manage team of Pre-Sales professionals, interact and interface with technology teams, Sales and Senior Management/leadership team at Datamatics. Key Responsibilities: The Pre-Sales Head shall:  Determine proposal concept / win theme by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs); attending strategy meetings.  Respond to RFI / RFPs from prospective customers on Datamatics BPM solutioning to cater to customer's business needs.  Manage proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting proposals.  Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information; coordinating submissions and collections; identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.  Develop proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.  Prepares presentation (including but not limited to capability, collaterals, defense deck, etc.).  Maintain quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases.  Obtain approvals by reviewing proposal with key providers and project managers.  Improve proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and boilerplate; implementing changes.  Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.  Guide and lead team for managing large enterprise-wide proposal responses along with internal and external stakeholders, vendor-partners  Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Desired Skills & Behaviours: Desired candidate:  Must have a minimum of 14-18 years of experience in BPM/BPO domain with 10+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Bid Management for BPM/BPO/BPM services (particularly in non-voice BPO – P2P, R2R, O2C) Must have a strong history of achievement over career  Must have team handling experience and cross-functional interaction & interfacing skills  Must have led / been involved in large enterprise-wide proposal responses  Excellent written and verbal language skills. Managed client Senior management, internal and external stakeholders in the past  Should have proven experience in planning, designing, and implementing mid/ large scale solution-based deals  Should possess strong leadership skills, decision making and problem-solving abilities
