IT Solution Engineer

Activities/Duties/Responsibilities: (Please include Reports/Returns/documents maintained: We are seeking for a Solution Engineer to onboard our customers onto our Monitizer cloud platform. Located in Bengaluru India, you will play a key role in managing the whole data stream from our gateways into our cloud and help customers turn their data into value when applying the Monitizer IIoT and AI tools. This position will be part of a global digital team that is in Germany, Denmark, Italy, USA, and China.

• Deployment of the complete Monitizer product range to deliver the entire data pipeline (from data collection to data visualization)
• Work with Project management and Customer success engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of Monitizer products.
• Create and maintain documentation for the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of Monitizer solutions.
• Develop troubleshooting documents and support workflows to improve continuous monitoring and uptime of digital products.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Project Management and Technical Support teams to resolve technical issues and provide customer feedback.
• Upon necessity be involved in development tasks.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics from a reputed institution with a strong academic record. Experience:

• Minium 3 years in IT support, preferably in manufacturing domain.
• Strong ability to abstract concepts, coupled with a distinct analytical mindset and a passion for tackling complex challenges.

Technical Proficiency:

• Must-have skills:
• Moderate to Good knowledge of managing and troubleshooting Linux environments.
• Moderate to Good Knowledge of computer networks
• Moderate knowledge of Python

• Nice-to-have skills:
• Familiarity with IoT protocols (such as MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus)
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL technologies
• Knowledge of Databases (relational as well as time series)

Position Interfaces with : Product development, Sales, Project management, technical support team, R&D team to resolve technical issues and provide technical support and customer feedback. Key Competencies:
