Manager - Design & Engineering (SOLAR) and Sr. Manager- Project Management (SOALR)

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities  Analyze tender specifications thoroughly and prepare detailed designs and drawings to meet client requirements.  Calculate the Bill of Materials (BOM) and quantities of Balance of System (BOS) components for submission to the bidding team.  Upon receiving a firm order from the client, prepare final designs, drawings, and BOM. Submit these for client approval and subsequently release them for installation.  Collaborate with the client's site execution team and/or subcontractors to address and resolve design-related issues during the Installation and Commissioning (I&C) stage.  Leverage your extensive experience to ensure that all designs are optimized for performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Role Demands (Travel) As and when required.  Qualification  Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical)  Experience, Certification, Exposure  Minimum of 10-12 years in the design and engineering of Solar PV projects, including Roof Top, Ground Mounted, and Carport Solar PV systems.  At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the design and engineering of Roof Top & Ground Mount Solar PV projects.  Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, SketchUp, and MS Office.  Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, site teams, and other stakeholders.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
