Job Title: Coordinator, Digital Engagement Job Summary: As a Coordinator, Digital Engagement, you will play a crucial role in the creation and execution of digital content and advertising materials for our pharmaceutical clients. You will work closely with the Account, Project Management and Creative teams to ensure that digital assets are produced in accordance to the timelines and meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Asset Production: Assist in the review, production, and optimization of digital assets including banners, social media posts, emails, videos, and website content. Ensure all assets are produced in accordance with media plan specifications and digital best practices.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers and external partners to ensure timely delivery of digital materials. Track project progress and communicate updates to external partners.
  • Quality Assurance: Review developed assets to ensure they function and appear correctly across browsers/OS, are driving to the correct destination, and are developed to spec.
  • Screenshots: Take and manage screenshots to prepare websites for MLR review and approval.
  • Submission preparation: Use Figma and Adobe Acrobat to develop submission files, annotate functionality, and indicate exit links of projects.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in digital production, ideally within an advertising agency or related industry. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with the advertising units on social platforms (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.)
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines is a plus
  • Proficiency in Figma a plus
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet a plus
  • General knowledge of websites: CMS platforms, responsive design and programming, tagging a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics a plus
