For additional information visit Position Title: Senior Executive Business Development (Market-LATAM) Type: Full time Location: Thane, Maharashtra. Position Overview: Rubicon is prioritizing Business Development in global markets, focusing on building awareness and fostering partnerships in key geographies. This strategic role encompasses diverse responsibilities, including networking, engaging with procurement leaders, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and negotiating favorable terms for Rubicon’s products across LATAM. Key Goals To achieve a Sales Target that will be set on a quarterly and annual basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation via internet search
  • Data analytics and Market Research
  • Showcasing company and products to partners / presentations.
  • Provide back up support to In-Market LATAM Manager / Director
  • Follow up on any sales leads or enquiries with external stakeholders.
  • Detailed internal follow-up with cross functional teams (Reg. Affairs, Project Management, Costing Division, Mfg. Operations, Legal etc.)
  • Relationship management with partners
  • Product Governance via periodic meetings with partners
  • Maintain and update MIS
Key Requirements
  • LATAM market knowledge and BD experience for at least 3 years
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Proactive and results / solution-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Good Excel skills, should be able to do basic analytics
  • Science+ MBA
