Their primary role is to assist customers in setting up new accounts, They ensure that all necessary documents are submitted, help explain terms and conditions, and provide a smooth onboarding experience for the customer. Key Responsibilities: ● Greet customers and guide them through the account opening process. ● Gather required documentation (e.g., identification, proof of address, financial history) from customers to complete the application process. ● Verify the accuracy and authenticity of the provided documents. ● Ensure all required regulatory compliance checks are performed, such as KYC (Know Your Customer). ● Educate customers about the bank’s services, online banking features. ● Address customer questions and concerns regarding the process. ● Help resolve issues related to the account opening process, such as delays, missing documents,or system errors. ● Escalate more complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.. ● Provide ongoing support or guide them through any additional steps or services they might need. ● Be in client’s office for offline process OR in Jupiter’s office for online process.Duringonline process, its expected to connect with 120 people/day Required Skills: ● Attention to Detail: Accuracy is crucial when handling customer information and verifying documents. ● Customer Service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide a positive experience for customers. ● Knowledge of Banking Products: A solid understanding of the financial products and services the institution offers. ● Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with banking software and systems to input customer information. ● Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations such as KYC, AML, and other compliance requirements.
