Role: Senior SEO Specialist We are seeking an SEO Specialist to play a key role in improving our digital presence, driving organic traffic, and supporting business growth initiatives across our family of companies. Position Summary: The SEO Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing search engine optimization strategies across the family of companies’ web sites to improve the firm’s online visibility and increase organic traffic. The role requires a mix of technical expertise, content collaboration, data-driven analysis and a highly organized approach. The Specialist will work closely with the marketing department and other stakeholders to ensure our digital platforms align with SEO best practices and business goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research and Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content optimization and strategy.
  • Content Optimization: Optimize website content via meta tags, images, and on-page elements to improve search engine performance. Provide recommendations for content creation or editing to enhance optimization.
  • Technical SEO Execution: Implement and monitor technical SEO strategies to improve site speed, crawlability, Google health rankings, mobile optimization, and user experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze website traffic, rankings, and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush and other SEO platforms.
  • SEO Content Collaboration: Partner with content creators to optimize SEO-friendly content, ensuring alignment with audience needs (by the creators) and search intent (by the Specialist).
  • Local SEO Management: Improve local search rankings by managing directory listings, backlinks, and optimizing location-specific pages.
  • Reporting and Insights: Build and consistently deliver reports that summarize web performance, search rankings, and SEO initiatives, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO best practices, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration | Paid Campaigns: Work with internal teams to research, plan, and execute SEO and paid campaigns that align with overall business goals.
  • Link-Building Strategies: Manage internal linking and identify opportunities for high-quality backlink development to enhance domain authority.
Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of proven experience in SEO strategy, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
