Accounts and Finance Associate

Job Description

• Manage analysis of monthly P&L + cash flows, including deep dive into different business units to identify improvement areas.
• Support growth plans by researching new market potential,  Return on Investment (ROI) of different lines of business and programs.
• Maintain and improve current financial models to determine working capital, cost and growth trends, and investment opportunities.
• Manage budgets, cash flows and expansion plans for new retail locations in alignment with company goals.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insights on financial performance and operational effectiveness. Prepare and present quarterly financial results in townhall.
• Conduct quarterly audits of all business lines to ensure an effective control framework that contributes towards efficient services.
• Manage investor relations via periodic company updates of relevant business units and fulfilment of mutual contractual obligations.

• Candidates with Bachelors in Accounting and Finance
• CA, ACCA candidates who have just completed their Articleship
• 0-1 year of experience
