IT Hardware / Software / other assets procurement, maintenance, and support 2. Network support activities 3. Coordination with IT vendors 4. Assist IT Governance department for IT Audit and other governance activities 5. IT risk management and compliance to procedures and guidelines Key Responsibilities 1. Managing IT Assets 2. Compliance with IT / IS processes and procedures 3. Coordinate with IT Infra, IT Planning and user departments for smooth flow of IT process. Areas of Responsibilities Desktop Management (1) Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners (2) Setting up accounts for new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues (3) L1 and L2 application support and User Support (4) Support in creation of Domain / Email / other Application IDs 2. IT Compliance & reporting (1) Strict compliance with IT / IS processes & procedures (2) Collate necessary information for periodical / ad-hoc reporting 3. IT infrastructure & hardware management (1) Server room management (2) Control of IT equipment's (3) Network management and troubleshooting (4) Support in User ID management (5) Planning and monitoring of IT budget (6) Support in upgrades and patch installation 4. Other activities (1) Management of server and related activities (2) Support in BCP drills (3) Other roles as directed by management Qualification: - CA qualified completed Shift timing:- General sift Experience: 10 yrs. Experience in Network management and troubleshooting. IT risk management and compliance. Maintenance of Hardware and Software.
