We are hiring for Senior Consultant - System Management Experience: 3 to 5 Years Location: Hebbal, Bangalore and Mahape, Mumbai Location Primary Skills: As/400 Admin, 24/7 support. Job Description
- Experience working in offshore onsite 24 7 Production Support model and ready to work in night shift and ready to be available on call on holidays and after hours
- Must have experience using support tools and transmission techniques ESP Connect direct MQ Move it etc
- Knowledge on ITIL processes Incident Management Problem Management
- Coordination with various teams to help resolve and fix production Issues
- Performing continuous improvement of systems by analyzing performance metrics of different programs and come up with optimizations and tuning of long running SQL queries
- Must be extremely good at deployment methodologies and help coordinate with teams on quick defect fixes release fallout handling by permanent fixes within change windows specified
- Develop or modify technical procedures to solve complex business problems considering client needs process analysis design simulation application capabilities and industry requirements
- Support person to rotate in 2nd and 3rd shift India time to provide coverage for Canadian hours
