Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Developer Location: Remote (Bengaluru) Experience: 4-12 Years Timing : UK Shift (13:30 - 22:30pm) Skills : MS Dynamics CRM Job Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, customize applications, and ensure successful deployment and integration of Dynamics 365 solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and customizations to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 functionalities using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and other relevant technologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using APIs and data integration tools.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing solutions to enhance performance and user experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration documentation, and user manuals.
- Provide support and training to end-users on Dynamics 365 functionalities and best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, with a strong focus on [specific modules, e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, etc.].
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, with experience in customizing Dynamics 365 applications.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience with Azure services and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
