Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Bengaluru office: Assistant Manager / Relationship Manager - Employee Health & Benefits Practice We will count on you to:

  • Responsible for measurement & management of OPD business placed on regional level
  • Escalation management in terms of servicing and supporting our existing clients.
  • Responsible for pre-sales proposal preparation for client view, through data mining and analytical approach.
  • Support internal stakeholders & assist clients with roadshows.
  • Develop carrier relationships for innovation, product development and pricing strategy.
  • Interacting with all relevant risk insurance markets and sourcing the best solutions for our clients adjacent to market need, to give Marsh a competitive edge.
  • Support internal stakeholders to analyse client's existing portfolio, run gap analysis of the existing policies, suggesting better terms and negotiate the same with the insurers.
  • Also support internal stakeholders on communication strategy, engagement calendars
  • End to End monitoring and execution at time of onboarding and policy implementation.
  • Providing continuous assistance to internal stakeholders & our clients with regard to any query related to OPD insurance
  • Coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders with action plan for project execution & deliverables for renewal, to ensure insurance continuity.
  • Co-ordination across business verticals to collaborate & explore portfolio level penetration whether through cross-sell or up-sell strategy
What you need to have:
  • Ability to manage & build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners and servicing vendors.
  • Domain Knowledge preferred.
  • MBA degree
  • Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance industryTPA or broking industry. Relevant experience & domain knowledge is mandatory.
