Profile: Senior Manager - Marketing Roles & Responsibilites: • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including branding, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and growth targets. • Build, manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities. • Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, webinars, and more as required. • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine and adjust marketing strategies. • Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, collateral, and presentations. • Experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Content Writing, Paid Marketing & SEO. • Good Communication with experience in Digital Marketing. Competency Requirements: • Looking for 6 to 10 years of experience in Product Marketing. • Proven expertise in B2B SaaS Marketing. • Strong background in Performance Marketing. • Experience in executing Multi-channel Marketing Campaigns.
