Job Description We are hiring a full-time, on-site Digital Marketer in Hyderabad to lead and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence , working across various channels to engage our audience effectively. Key Roles and Responsibilities Lead Generation:
- Leverage tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, PPC Advertising, and LinkedIn to generate leads and contribute to business growth.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence.
- Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
- Write SEO-optimized content to boost organic reach and engagement.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools to improve ROI.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies to refine and improve marketing efforts.
- 2+ years of experience in digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, PPC, SEO, SEM (SemRush/Ahrefs), and CRM tools (e.g., Leadsquared, Wati).
- Experience in data-driven marketing and campaign performance optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Startup experience is a plus, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, content strategy, and paid advertising.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes in a fast-evolving startup culture.
