Job Title: Java Fullstack Lead Location: Hyderabad Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java Fullstack Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading the implementation of fullstack applications using Java, React JS, Kafka, Redis, and WebSockets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fullstack development concepts, as well as experience with the mentioned technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of fullstack applications using Java, React JS, Kafka, Redis, and WebSockets
- Develop and maintain Java backend applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other relevant technologies
- Develop and maintain React JS frontend applications using React, Redux, and other relevant technologies
- Design and implement data pipelines using Kafka and Redis
- Develop and maintain WebSockets-based real-time communication applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize fullstack development requirements
- Develop and maintain fullstack metrics and reports
- Ensure fullstack accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of fullstack solutions
- Strong understanding of fullstack development concepts
- Experience with Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate)
- Experience with React JS (React, Redux)
- Experience with Kafka (data pipelines, stream processing)
- Experience with Redis (data caching, messaging)
- Experience with WebSockets (real-time communication)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
