Senior Accounts Payable Executive (P2P)

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Receivable with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and practical experience using SAP for financial transactions and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial concepts such as TDS applicability, GST inputs, and vendor management, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork. Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to perform financial analysis and reporting for management review.
• Analyze and interpret financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and principles.
• Understand and apply accounting principles to various financial transactions, ensuring proper categorization and documentation.
• Assist in processing invoices, vendor management, and payment transactions using SAP.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain a basic understanding of GST inputs and ensure accurate reporting of eligible/ineligible inputs for tax purposes.
• Understand TDS applicability and deductions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations in transactions.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, supporting cross-functional departments with financial insights and recommendations.
• Continuously improve financial processes and reporting techniques, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
• Participate in audits and support the preparation of necessary documents for internal and external audits.
