Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of overall experience. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, fostering community interaction.
- Analyse social media metrics and performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimise strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform content strategy.
