Safety Manager

Job Title: Manager - Safety Location: Jordan Department: Occupational Health & Safety Reporting to: AGM – Compliance & Special Projects The Operational Health and Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the health and safety practices across all operational levels of the organization. This role ensures that the workplace remains compliant with local, regional, and international safety regulations, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and NFPA standards. The manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety programs, conduct proactive risk assessments, and coordinate safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This position requires strong leadership to foster a safety-conscious culture, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that safety standards are upheld consistently across all departments. The role also involves ensuring that incidents are investigated, root causes identified, and corrective actions taken to prevent future occurrences.
