The HR Operations Assistant works as part of a team in the Human Resource Solutions Center. This team provides quality customer service to Inspire Brands associates and managers through inbound or outbound calls and case management. Calls are related to system issues and ensuring the caller's needs are met in a timely manner. The HR Operations Assistant handles incoming calls, identifies and documents issues, processes the necessary transactions, or escalates the issue to the HR Operations Coordinators for further research and resolution. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support organizational changes through high volume transactional support as needed
- Process transactional requests received via call, email, or ticketing system.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Provide general Human Resources support to team members and field managers by applying basic knowledge of HR concepts and procedures via multiple contact formats
- Answer incoming calls and respond to incoming written inquiries to provide general HR support to all team members on all HR-related systems and processes and procedures including; HRIS System Access and Navigation, EVerify / I-9 Compliance, and Password Resets
- Prioritize and support administrative work for various HR departments
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary and participate in special projects, as needed
- Manage compliance for terminated team member files and manage active manager files
- Respond to unemployment claims, appeals and hearings
- Serve as a backup for the onboarding process in the Support Centers

- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience using HR systems
- Experience in the hospitality services industry
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Basic problem solving
- Effective time management
- Excellent customer service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive transactions.
- Able to execute pre-defined processes from detailed written or verbal instructions and apply knowledge of the process for follow-up and troubleshooting.
