- L2 SCCM Intune, MDM and SCOM administrator
- Monitoring, managing and maintaining SCCM/Intune environment
- Monitoring SCOM servers for CPU/memory
- Server Availability
- OS Health Checks
- Problem Analysis
- Co-ordination with Microsoft for support and Break-fix
- Reporting
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly System reports for analysis of SCCM/Intune performance
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly System reports for evaluation of alerts
- User Management
- Management of SCCM remote Management console
- Defining user management policies
- ADD/Modify/Delete user IDs for console access
- Customize user account environment
- Configuration Management
- Defining configuration management policies
- Create & Maintain system documentation
- Change Ticket management (Approval required by CUSTOMER)
- Weekly Status checks
- Uptime Analysis
- Monitor SLA compliance
- Software update management
- Research / Recommend Security updates from Microsoft
- Create patch update list
- Select appropriate security updates for all Operating systems and applications
