Position Overview We are seeking a Principal Engineer with a strong background in software engineering and product management to drive the technical vision and development of our flagship optimization solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—from Product to Sales—to conceptualize, design, and deliver impactful features that address the evolving needs of our B2B clients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Direction: Set the technical roadmap and architectural strategy for our core optimization products.
• Product Management Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to align engineering efforts with business goals, ensuring each product feature delivers real value to customers.
• System Design & Implementation: Architect high-performance, scalable systems that can handle complex data and workload requirements.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor a diverse engineering team, fostering a collaborative environment to drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, propose and implement improvements for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee technical reviews, maintain code quality, and champion best-in-class engineering standards.
• Innovation & Research: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies; evaluate how these can be integrated into our product suite.

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years in software engineering or a related technical field, with a proven track record in leading projects and teams.
• Product Management: Hands-on experience or strong exposure to product management principles and practices.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and modern development frameworks.
• Architectural Knowledge: Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated success in delivering complex solutions and troubleshooting real-world technical challenges.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
