Job Title: Quality Engineer Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid) Experience: Min experience of 4+ years working in the IT field leading manual and automation testing. Key responsibilities

• Close collaboration with other delivery teams, technical support teams and business stakeholders
• Develop end-to-end testing strategies and prepare test plans through the use of quality processes and methodologies.
• Create tests to identify software problems
• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
• Document results of tests for the software development team
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
• Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
• Works together with the software development to enhance and improve quality of the software.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner. Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Qualifications and expertise: - B-Tech, B.E, MCA - Proven experience as a manual and automation tester. Good debugging skills and trouble-shooting. Experience in one or more of the following: Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Intern or Selenium Experience in CI/CD, agile methodologies and cloud services (AWS preferred) Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Hands on experience with shell scripting Experience in system functional and performance testing.
