We are looking for UK payroll manager for Airoli location who has 8+ years of experience with UK Payroll, UK Taxation, people management. About the Role- Operations Manager-UK Payroll process (Airoli-Navi Mumbai)

• Job Location- Airoli
• Shift- UK Shift ( 1PM to 10.30PM)
• Transport- One side transport
• Week off- Sat & Sun fixed off

• Audit Management

• Escalation management
• Generating scheduled/ ad-hoc reports
• Query resolution
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality standards, analyzing and resolving client's problems, and recommending system improvements
• Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes
• Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
• Maintain Client Relationship

• Excellent understanding of human resources processes (COE and Ops)
• End to end knowledge of UK Payroll process, UK Taxation, UK legislation, UK Compliance
• Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)
• Familiar with Recruiting processes in ERP
