Park), North Bangalore Designation: Graphic Designer Experience: 1-2 years Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills across various mediums. This individual will collaborate closely with our marketing, branding, and product teams to create visually compelling assets that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience. Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of print and digital materials, including advertisements, social media graphics, website assets, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and maintain consistency across all marketing collateral.
- Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve skills and stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and receive feedback.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with web design, motion graphics, and video editing is a plus.
