Our team of multi-domain experts has successfully delivered national priority strategic engagements, providing guidance and insights to central and state governments, Public Sector Units (PSUs), and multilateral institutions Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Information Technology and Ease of Doing Business to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/CS and a proven track record in regulatory reforms and government policies. Educational Qualifications: (All three are mandatory)

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E)/B.Tech. (Computers or equivalent) in IT/CS
• Master of Computer Application (MCA)
• MBA/PGDM

Minimum Experience:

• 5 years of experience in the IT/CS field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Ease of Doing Business, Regulatory Reforms, and Government Policies.
• Experience in developing and managing online services delivery systems for ease of doing business.
• Working knowledge of GIS platform, PM Gati Shakti portal, IILB Portal, and other such Central and State Government portals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant IT tools and platforms
