The Industrial and Infrastructure Development Advisory (IIDA) practice of KPMG in India has been advising and assisting India’s development objective by seamlessly bridging the gap between Government’s vision and execution, steering impactful initiatives across the spectrum of infrastructure, industrial and Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) development as well as tourism, leisure, and sports. Our multidisciplinary approach blends cutting-edge strategies, regulatory acumen, and global best practices. Our team of multi-domain experts has successfully delivered national priority strategic engagements, providing guidance and insights to central and state governments, Public Sector Units (PSUs), and multilateral institutions Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Information Technology and Ease of Doing Business to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/CS and a proven track record in regulatory reforms and government policies. Educational Qualifications: (All three are mandatory)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E)/B.Tech. (Computers or equivalent) in IT/CS
  • Master of Computer Application (MCA)
  • MBA/PGDM
Minimum Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in the IT/CS field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Ease of Doing Business, Regulatory Reforms, and Government Policies.
  • Experience in developing and managing online services delivery systems for ease of doing business.
  • Working knowledge of GIS platform, PM Gati Shakti portal, IILB Portal, and other such Central and State Government portals.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT tools and platforms
