Oracle EPM Consultant - PCMCS (Immediate Joiners Only)

JOB TITLE: Oracle EPM Consultant (PCMCS) (Immediate Joiners Only) LOCATION : India (Remote) Payroll : 3rd Party Payroll Mergen Partners is excited to offer an opportunity for the role of Oracle EPM Consultant (PCMCS) , working with a globally recognized IT services and consulting organization. This role involves designing and implementing Oracle's Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS) solutions to meet business objectives. About the Role As an Oracle EPM Consultant (PCMCS), you will be instrumental in developing technical solutions, advising on best practices, and enabling clients to optimize their profitability and cost management processes. This role demands strong technical and functional expertise, along with a collaborative mindset to deliver value-driven solutions. Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle's Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS) and on-premise Hyperion Profitability & Cost Management (HPCM) .
• Proven track record of working with Oracle EPM Cloud products, delivering end-to-end implementations, and troubleshooting solutions.

• Analyze customer business goals, objectives, and existing infrastructure to develop tailored Oracle PCMCS solutions.
• Design and implement new PCMCS applications, including model building, rule creation, and allocation process validation.
• Write functional specifications and convert them into technical designs, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Design and implement PCMCS security and support inbound/outbound integrations using PCMCS Data Management (DM).

• Validate allocation processes and create trace allocation reports using Smart View/Financial Reporting tools.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation and collaborate with business users to refine solutions.
• Provide detailed documentation for design, implementation, and troubleshooting processes.

• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and advise on profitability and cost management best practices.
• Regularly interact with external customers and managers, identifying additional opportunities within the organization.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with client teams, ensuring effective solution adoption and long-term success.

• Collaborate with diverse teams in fast-paced environments to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and contribute to a collaborative and learning-oriented workplace culture.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle PCMCS and HPCM , including rule creation, validation, and allocation process design.
• Experience in designing and implementing PCMCS security and integrations.
• Solid understanding of profit and loss (P&L) , balance sheet, and cash flow development across multiple industries.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

• Experience with PCMCS Data Management (DM) inbound/outbound integrations.
• Hands-on experience in creating Smart View/Financial Reporting (FR) reports.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects under minimal supervision.
