A Capital Market Corporate is hiring for Copy-writer and Creative Head for their Mumbai Office Mandatory to have - Capital Market Domain Experience Content Strategy: Build the organization's brand identity and brand awareness by developing and implementing content strategies that bolster the organization's online presence. Content Creation: Lead content ideation sessions and oversee the creation of high-quality, easy-to understand content assets. Plan and oversee the creation and maintenance of all formats of web-based content shown on various online media and social platforms (including website, social media, email campaigns, press releases, newsletters, and marketing collateral). Develop and deploy easy-to-understand creative content to promote organizations' products, services, and brands. Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for digital ads, websites, email campaigns, social media, video scripts, product descriptions, and print materials. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Present creative concepts and campaigns to senior management and clients, incorporating feedback as necessary. Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards. Nurture a highly productive in-house team and the partner/agency universe. Supervise the creation of a wide range of materials, including advertisements, videos, social media content, websites, and packaging. Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all marketing materials. Work collaboratively with the product team and the Agency partners. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts using metrics and KPIs for making informed decisions. Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across platforms.
