Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns to drive sales, revenue, and measurable ROI across Meta, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Optimization & Analytics: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns using data analytics, A/B testing, and other performance metrics to achieve campaign goals and improve performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content and design teams to create compelling campaigns that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
• Platform Management: Oversee campaigns on Shopify and other relevant platforms, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in running and scaling campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with content and design teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
