Role Overview: As a Principal Customer Success Manager , you will be a strategic partner for enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve their business goals through our solutions. You will drive customer retention, reduce churn, and identify growth opportunities while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience in handling enterprise accounts will be instrumental in driving customer success. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive customer retention, churn reduction, and upsell initiatives to maximize account growth.
- Act as a strategic liaison between customers, cloud consultants, and sales teams , ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Build and nurture relationships with customer champions , helping them achieve their internal KPIs and demonstrating business impact.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 10+ years in customer-facing roles managing customer success .
- Proven track record of handling enterprise customers and driving business growth.
- Expertise in public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) ; architect-level certification is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
- Excellent organization, presentation, and problem-solving abilities .
- Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in the US East time zone to support global customers.
