A Senior Analyst within our Marketing Technology team, is expected to play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing our marketing strategies . Their expertise will contribute directly to the organization's mission by leveraging advanced analytics and technology solutions to uncover actionable insights, enhance customer experiences, and ultimately maximize the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives . The successful incumbent will be expected to lead in-depth data analyses, develop innovative solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate our data-driven capabilities and achieve key business objectives. Primary/Key Responsibilities Conduct sophisticated data analyses using statistical techniques, machine learning, and data visualization tools to derive actionable insights. Provide clear and concise data-driven recommendations to inform strategic marketing decisions and improve overall campaign performance. Design, develop, and deploy predictive models to forecast customer behavior , optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance targeting strategies. Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of models through continuous refinement and validation processes. Work closely with marketing, IT, and business intelligence teams to integrate data sources, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure seamless data flow across systems. Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration to align analytics initiatives with broader business goals. Oversee and optimize the utilization of marketing technology platforms , ensuring data integrity, system integration, and efficient workflow automation. Evaluate and recommend new technologies that enhance data capabilities and improve marketing efficiency. Uphold data quality standards and contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance policies. Implement best practices for data documentation, metadata management, and data lineage to ensure a robust and reliable data infrastructure . Train and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team. Share expertise in data science and analytics methodologies to elevate the overall competency of the department. Stay informed about advancements in data science, marketing technology, and industry trends. Apply knowledge to proactively recommend innovative solutions and stay ahead of the curve in data analytics best practices. Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office 30-day notification period preferred Minimum Qualifications Bachelors, preferably with a technical focus 3 + Years experience Proficient in advanced data analysis techniques, statistical modeling, and data visualization. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and modeling . Experience in applying machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling and pattern recognition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience in designing and implementing data models for analysis and reporting. Knowledge of data integration techniques and tools for seamless data flow. Proficiency in developing and maintaining dashboards for reporting purposes. Understanding of data governance principles and best practices. Expertise in marketing analytics, including campaign performance measurement and A/B testing. Preferred Qualifications Experience connecting to and managing data pipelines to and from marketing partners (e.g. meta, microsoft, google, etc.) Certification in data science, machine learning, or a related field is highly desirable. #LI-RS1#LI-Remote
