We are looking for an experienced Shopify Developer (3-5 years’ experience) to build and optimise a Shopify Plus expansion store . This role involves implementing Shopify’s native B2B features , migrating existing trade accounts, and ensuring a seamless eCommerce experience for business customers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch a Shopify Plus site , ensuring it is user-friendly and optimised for trade customers.
- Implement Shopify’s native B2B functionality to enhance the buying experience.
- Set up and configure pricing lists, order maximums, volume discounts, and trade catalogues .
- Restrict product and pricing visibility until users log in with an approved trade account.
- Migrate existing trade accounts, blogs, and resources from the DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) website .
- Implement access controls to prevent non-trade users from accessing restricted content.
- Optimise site performance, security, and scalability for B2B customers.
- Integrate Shopify apps, APIs, and third-party tools as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth site operation.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Shopify development, particularly Shopify Plus .
- Strong expertise in Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON .
- Experience with Shopify B2B features , including customer-specific pricing, account management, and trade catalogues.
- Proven experience in migrating DTC stores to B2B platforms .
- Ability to customise Shopify themes and templates for branding and user experience improvements.
- Strong understanding of Shopify APIs, integrations, and automation workflows .
- Knowledge of performance optimisation techniques for Shopify stores.
- Experience working with third-party Shopify apps .
- Familiarity with SEO strategies for Shopify stores.
- Knowledge of Shopify Flow and automation tools .
