COMPANY: Leading Apparel manufacturer POSITION: Director Sales LOCATION: Bangladesh SALARY : USD 10,000 + Benefits OVERVIEW: Our client is a leading apparel manufacturer seeking for an highly motivated and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead and manage their sales operations within the apparel industry . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and developing high-performing sales teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability targets.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships, accounts, and distribution channels within the apparel industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Budget and Forecasting: Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Product and Brand Positioning: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning and product development.
- Global Market Expansion: Drive sales initiatives in international markets, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge to expand the company’s global footprint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 12 - 15+ years of progressive Sales, Business Development and Marketing experience within the apparel industry.
