Exciting Opportunity for the role of Marketing Lead Location: India (Pune/Gurgaon/Remote) Full-time Job Description

  • Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
  • Analyze sales funnels and customer intent; Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates); Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
  • Recommend website and campaign optimizations; Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.
  • Analyzes external and internal customer data using database queries (SQL, Access), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Adobe / Omniture), statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools.
  • Evaluates customers’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience.
  • Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.
  • Creates PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other marketing and sales departments.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of total experience with corporate communications and/or marketing communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.
  • Proven content writing and content strategy experience; Working knowledge of content and campaign management systems.
  • 2 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis (or academic equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred reporting in Excel/Access and SQL
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst), Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, or similar web analytics, web optimization, or data management platforms
  • In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent creative thinking and communication skills.
