We are seeking a passionate Curriculum Developer - Art & Craft Education to design and develop interactive and comprehensive art and craft curricula for children aged 6 to 16. Job Summary: As a Curriculum Developer - Art & Craft Education, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and refining an art and craft curriculum that nurtures creativity, fine motor skills, and artistic expression in children. You will collaborate with educators, artists, and digital content creators to ensure an engaging and progressive learning experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop structured lesson plans, activities, and assessments for various skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
- Create engaging instructional materials, including step-by-step guides, videos, and interactive exercises.
- Design a curriculum that encourages creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on learning.
- Ensure alignment with educational standards and cognitive development stages for ages 8 to 16.
- Collaborate with educators, artists, and content creators to bring lessons to life.
- Incorporate modern teaching methodologies, gamification, and technology-enhanced learning strategies.
- Research best practices in art and craft education and integrate them into curriculum development.
- Gather feedback from students and educators to refine and improve content.
- Strong background in art and craft education, with experience in curriculum design or instructional design.
- Understanding of child psychology and learning methodologies for creative subjects.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in digital content creation, e-learning, or gamified learning is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse team of educators, artists, and designers.
- Passion for creativity, art, and education.
- Degree or certification in fine arts, art education, or related fields.
- Experience working with educational technology tools.
- Prior experience developing curriculum for online or blended learning models.
