Employee Relations Specialist
Job details
* Develop and implement employee relationship management strategies to improve workplace culture and employee engagement. * Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, providing effective conflict resolution strategies. * Ensure consistent and fair application of company policies, procedures, and labor laws. * Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and focus groups to assess employee satisfaction and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with Human Resources and management to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience. * Monitor and address employee relations issues through proactive intervention and coaching. * Investigate employee complaints and recommend corrective actions where necessary. * Manage performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations in line with company policy and legal compliance. * Provide training and resources to managers to improve their people management skills and enhance employee engagement. * Analyze employee relations data and trends, providing actionable insights and reports to senior leadership.
