Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Title: Outbound Marketing Expert (remote work) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3-5 Years About the Role: We are seeking an Outbound Marketing Expert with hands-on experience in modern marketing automation tools and systems used by small businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and integrating marketing systems, executing outbound campaigns, and optimizing outreach strategies using data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage marketing systems such as HubSpot, LemList, Instantly, Clay, and others.
• Integrate marketing tools and systems seamlessly without requiring developer assistance.
• Ensure seamless integration between marketing tools and CRM platforms.
• Analyze marketing data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Optimize campaigns based on analytics and pivot strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging outbound marketing trends.

• Proven experience with HubSpot, LemList, Instantly, Clay, Apollo.io, or similar outbound marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of outbound marketing principles and lead generation strategies.
• Ability to integrate marketing tools without developer support.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience in A/B testing, reporting, and optimizing outreach strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Availability to work during PST or at least 4-6 hours overlap with CST.
• Work Hours: 7:30 PM - 5:00 AM IST or 8:30 PM - 6:00 AM IST ( Balances PST & CST overlap )
