As a Manager of Talent Acquisition, you'll play a crucial role in our mission while working with a passionate team dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovation. In this pivotal role, you'll champion our talent acquisition strategy, elevate the candidate experience, and build Signant's employer brand globally. Working closely with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll lead a dynamic team of recruiters and coordinators while driving transformative initiatives that enhance our recruitment processes and outcomes. What You'll Achieve:
- Transform our talent acquisition landscape by launching innovative programs that optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience across global markets
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters and coordinators, fostering their professional growth and recruiting expertise
- Spearhead executive and key role recruitment efforts, leveraging your network and strategic sourcing approaches to attract top talent
- Drive data-informed decisions through talent analytics and metrics reporting
- Partner with leadership to optimize our iCIMS ATS and global TA systems
- Design creative employer branding strategies that strengthen Signant's position as an employer of choice
- Champion diversity of thought and innovative approaches to talent acquisition
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, with demonstrated expertise in process optimization and system implementation
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or local equivalent
- Proven track record of leading and developing team members
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or similar ATS platforms
- Strong project management capabilities and experience leading remote teams
- Advanced organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment
- Strategic mindset with a passion for employer branding and recruitment innovation
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and talent acquisition technologies
