Grade: Newly Qualified, Associate, Senior Associate Contract type: Permanent We are seeking qualified lawyers at all levels of post-qualification experience who have prior experience in financial services regulation in a recognized practice. A snapshot of your peer group:
- Qualified solicitor or barrister, admitted to practice law in Ireland, with experience in financial services regulation law.
- Strong knowledge of Irish financial services legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience advising clients on compliance matters and regulatory issues.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic legal environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.
- Advise and represent domestic and international credit institutions, investment firms, e-money and payment institutions and other entities impacted by financial services regulation on a wide range of financial regulatory issues, including authorizations, outsourcing, conduct of business and prudential roles, governance, acquisitions and disposals of qualifying holdings, fitness and probity and individual accountability.
- Develop strategies and prepare legal documents to support clients in meeting regulatory obligations.
- Conduct legal research on financial services regulations and analyze complex legal issues.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to develop and implement compliance programs and strategies.
- Take a proactive approach to professional development and staying informed about industry developments.
