German Speaking Sales Agent – Remote (South Africa) Location: South Africa (Remote – Work from Home) Compensation: €5.50 per hour + benefits + commission Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

A dynamic and fast-growing company is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join its remote sales team. The successful candidates will engage with warm leads, selling health and wellness products (vitamins and supplements) while following provided sales scripts. This role is suited to individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a goal-oriented mindset. Prior sales experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to a warm customer base (no cold calling)

• Meet and exceed sales targets with the support of expert training

Requirements

• Fluency in German (B2-C1 level) – essential
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and professionalism
• Resilience and motivation to work in a sales-driven environment
• Reliable internet connection: Wired or 5G (60Mbps+, Ping <200ms)
• Basic tech setup: Laptop or desktop computer with a headset
