Russell Tobin is a minority-owned, global recruitment and staffing advisory firm assisting clients with permanent, contract, and embedded talent solutions across a variety of skillsets and industries. Our team is looking for a Manager to oversee the successful growth and daily operations within our Ireland business. This is a player/coach role; you will be leading a team of recruiters to get involved in recruiting as well as developing best practice recruitment delivery and operations locally. The Opportunity- Lead the recruiting operations for Russell Tobin within the Ireland market.
- Develop existing client relationships and new business development opportunities.
- Ensure a continuous pipeline of candidates within the team’s focus areas.
- Build innovative sourcing strategies, including diversity sourcing techniques.
- Ensure each candidate has a high touch and positive experience.
- Connect with clients to problem solve, offer feedback, and create solutions for their recruiting needs.
- Continue to evolve and create recruiting best practices.
- Lead team and individual training and development for new and existing recruiters.
- Drive to meet hiring goals and elevate team members to achieve their own.
- 8+ years’ experience within agency recruitment in the Ireland market.
- Proven track record of success in maintaining client relationships and exceeding recruiting goals.
- Knowledge of Irish employment law.
- Experience managing contingent workers in a compliant manner.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally across a national practice.
