Associate Counsel

Our first range of single stock ETPs was listed on London Stock Exchange in December 2017. We have since expanded our footprint, listing new products across multiple exchanges, including London Stock Exchange, Euronext and XETRA. Job Description We are seeking an Associate Counsel to help expand and manage legal matters related to its European business. The candidate will report to the firm’s General Counsel. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a deep understanding of capital markets transactions. Job Requirements

1. Irish or English qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in private practice with an established law firm or relevant in-house experience with a financial institution
2. Proficient experience in structured finance transactions
3. Indepth understanding of the European Prospectus Regulation and public offer regime
4. Experience in listing debt products on regulated exchanges
5. Experience in advising on Irish and EU financial services laws.
6. Experience in establishing structures under Ireland’s Section 110 regime
7. Knowledge of MiFID II would be a plus, but not essential
8. Must be able to function effectively in a busy, remote based environment.
