Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the team to support the CCC project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end delivery of critical reports, addressing backlog and improvement items, and enabling process optimization. This is a key role requiring close collaboration with technical teams, operational staff, and external partners. Key Responsibilities
- Report Delivery:
- Ensure timely and accurate end-to-end delivery of all reports as specified in project schedules.
- Facilitate and enable Capita in producing required reports.
- Address backlog items, including defects, change requests (CRs), and ongoing improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis, liaise with app support, and manage fixes and testing.
- Stakeholder Reporting:
- Deliver reports for transport operators and contract managers.
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify process inefficiencies and loopholes.
- Develop and implement optimized reporting solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Transition to BAU:
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive handovers to the BAU (Business-As-Usual) team.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in similar projects.
- Expertise in report delivery and backlog management tools like Quicksight.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with app support, operations, and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and enable reporting.
