WFH Oil & Gas Recruiter (No Base but High Commission)

Job Description: As a WFH Oil & Gas Recruiter at Kairos Global Search, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates across Oil & Gas industries. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from home, with a high commission structure based on placements. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, motivated, and eager to excel in the fast-paced recruitment industry. There will be training provided! Key Responsibilities:

• Get involved in business development such as to identify and target potential Oil & Gas clients , building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
• Source and screen potential Oil & Gas candidates through various platforms and networks
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, job and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Oil & Gas clients and candidates
• Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices

• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
• Background in Oil & Gas industries is mandatory
• Must have interest in recruitment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
