Role Description Business Development Specialist (full time on site located in Manama). Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and maintain strong business relationships with property developers & industry partners.
- Build and maintain strong management & client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve agency targets.
- Identify opportunities for growth & implement strategies alongside brokerage & property management teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential investors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop solutions for prospective clients.
- Sound Knowledge of the real estate industry in Bahrain
- Market Research abilities with analytical skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Lead Generation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- RERA certification in brokerage is a plus
- Arabic language is a plus
