Requirements:- Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payrolls
- Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality
- Address and resolve payroll-related discrepancies and employee queries
- Assist with employee benefits administration and deductions
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee records
- Experience in payroll processing and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- A proactive mindset with a drive for process improvement
