We are seeking a skilled Senior SAP Ariba Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP ECC & S4/HANA functional & integration projects experience. The ideal candidate will have an experience & deep understanding of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA and Ariba modules with strong integration capabilities. Also, ability to provide strategic guidance and leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Ariba processes, strong technical expertise in SAP Ariba, and proven experience in system integration.

Responsibilities

  1. Integration Strategy: Experience in developing integration strategies and designing seamless integrations between SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and S4/HANA. Collaborate with technical teams to implement integration solutions using SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) or other middleware tools. Experience in migration of SAP Ariba solution from SAP ECC to S4HANA.
  2. Work closely with Business team to understand the current process, pain points, and propose best solutions.
  3. Experience in Implementing and configuring SAP Ariba modules on Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), e-sourcing and Commerce Automation.
  4. Handling and supporting Ariba Network (Supplier support) and Guided Buying. Experience on Template configuration for single & multi-round bidding, Competitive bidding, etc.
  5. Hands-on experience on Supplier Lifecycle Management, Supplier Risk Management, and Supplier Performance Management, Spend Analysis: Data collection and analytics for procurement insights.
  6. Experience and understanding of CIG components and custom fields mapping. Custom solutions tailored to business needs. Ensure data integrity and consistency between SAP Ariba and integrated systems.
  7. Experience in Master data & transaction data integration via SAP ECC, S/4 HANA MDG and Ariba. Experienced with Custom report development based on business requirements.
  8. Experience on customer handling (including requirement gathering, end user training, business demo), stakeholder Management, and MENA region experience is an added advantage.
  9. Provide functional expertise and collaborate with stakeholders to design effective workflows, Integration and Customization.
  10. Experience with template set up in Ariba contract management and migrating the existing contracts to Ariba solution as cutover activity.
  11. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand integration requirements on the analyze processes and translate them into functional specifications. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with S4HANA scope.
  12. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of configured solutions through comprehensive testing and validation activities. Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing to validate solution functionality and performance.
  13. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including system configurations, integrations, and technical specifications. Conduct user training sessions wherever required.
  14. Change Management: Drive organizational change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of SAP Ariba solutions in integration with ECC & S4HANA. Develop communication plans, reporting on progress/challenges, and documentation to support user readiness and enablement. Assist GRC team on the role matrix preparations.
  15. Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with client stakeholders and key decision-makers. Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for the client's Ariba transformation journey. Work closely with project manager to track the project milestones.
