Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional (5-7 years) in digitization, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), or digital transformation who understands how AI can enhance these fields. As an AI Champion, you will drive AI adoption across internal operations and develop AI-powered solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities:

1. AI-Driven Business Process Improvement
2. Assess current workflows and identify AI-driven efficiency improvements.
3. Research AI trends in automation, ECM, and business process management.
4. Benchmark AI applications in similar industries.
5. Work with department heads to define AI opportunities for internal operations (HR, finance, sales, customer service).
6. Develop AI use cases to enhance ECM and automation solutions for clients.
7. Document AI applications, assessing feasibility, risks, and ROI.
8. AI Solution Development & Testing
9. Collaborate with tech teams to prototype and refine AI-powered features.
10. Work with real business data to optimize AI performance.
11. Gather feedback from internal teams and clients for continuous improvement.
12. Implementation & Change Management
13. Assist in rolling out AI-powered solutions within the company.
14. Train teams on AI applications and best practices.
15. Monitor adoption and report on AI impact.
16. Prepare reports on AI initiatives, insights, and business impact.
17. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience: 5-7 years in digitization, ECM, business automation, or digital transformation.
3. Strong understanding of AI applications in process optimization and efficiency improvement.
4. Ability to assess workflows and identify digitization opportunities.
5. Familiarity with ECM platforms or workflow automation tools is a plus.
6. Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
