Unser Kunde ist ein Systemhaus im Bereich Supply Chain Management für den produzierenden Bereich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst den kompletten IT Support und Anwendersupport bei soft- und hardwaretechnischen Anfragen und Störungen
  • Du erstellst Problemanalysen und bist für die systematische Aufbereitung von Tickets für die interne Entwicklungsabteilung verantwortlich
  • Die Pflege des Datenbanksystems sowie die Betreuung von Windows-Servern und Clients gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben
  • Die Überwachung der kundeneigenen Software-Systeme rundet Dein Aufgabenbereich ab

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Administration von IT-Systemen und im IT-Servicemanagement
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft-Infrastrukturen und Diensten
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien, Datenbanken, im Active Directory und in Serverdiensten aus
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Qualifikationsprofil ab
