Company Description The English Rose Tea Room W.L.L is a café/restaurant located in the heart of Adliya, offering traditional English meals with a twist. The tea room provides a range of hot and cold beverages, traditional cakes and pastries, meals, and English Afternoon Tea in a contemporary and comfortable environment. With indoor and outdoor dining options, including an elevated exterior floral terrace, customers can enjoy high-quality service and a delightful customer experience. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Barista role located in Manama at The English Rose Tea Room. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages, interacting with customers, maintaining cleanliness in the cafe, and delivering high-quality customer service. Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication
- Barista and Food Preparation skills
- Customer Service skills
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of English Afternoon Tea preparations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
